Grace time - 10 minutes late will result in $15 fee, 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation. Deposit is forfeited + $30 fee. Looking for parking is not an exception to being late, please plan your time accordingly. If allergic to cats please refrain from booking. Guests/kids are not allowed. Deposit ( $20 ) is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. Any cancellations made day of or no call / no show will result in a $50 and is required to book again.
